The Bow View Lodge offers discounted rates for Automobile Association members and seniors.
Christmas & New Year’s Eve Payment and Cancellation Policy
(Valid from December 24, 2006 thru January 2, 2007)
- Minimum 2 night stay requirement is in effect for all bookings arriving December 30 or 31, 2006.
- A non-refundable booking fee equal to one night’s room & taxes is charged at the time of booking, for those staying during the above mentioned period.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
- The above rates do not include applicable taxes (7% GST and 4% Tourism Levy)
- Rates are based on single or double occupancy and quoted in Canadian funds.
- Extra per person charge is $15.00 CAD year round.
- Children under 16 years of age stay free when accompanied by a parent.
- Prices are subject to change.
- Guaranteed reservations must be accompanied with a major credit card or one night’s deposit which is to be received by the hotel 14 days after booking.
- Cancellations on guarantee bookings must be received no later than 6 p.m. three days prior to arrival to avoid late charges.
- Cancellation charges are equal to one night’s room charge plus applicable taxes.
- No pets allowed.
